Our Goal

Palm Creek Farm was established to provide 24 hour supervision in a life long residential setting for those unable to live independently or with their families. Our purpose is to assist persons with traumatic brain injury and to allow them to function at their highest level of independence in a structured environment.

Our Method

We have created a wide variety of group and individual activities which provide responsibility based tasks with accountability.  Our home is set up to resemble the family unit. The many tasks of running a home and the myriad chores that accomplish this are divided up between the residents according to their physical and cognitive abilities.

While many times a person will need careful supervision while improving their functional skills, we provide that supervision in an everyday type of environment for not only those who need our help for a few weeks, but for those who will need it for a lifetime.
